Yes, but depending on the area it could be different. Over fishing in central schooling areas and at times when fish go to places to feast, their population dramatically decreases, but sooner or later they will reproduce and fill up that gap.
The ocean is extremely large, and we haven’t scratched the surface of it (hypothetically speaking). There are so many fish species we really have to list them in their thousands. So yes, there are really plenty of fish in the sea, just depends.
