What does it mean when a person's picture is highlighted in red on match.com?

I assume this means there has been a complaint against the person, but I’ll be darned if I can find any help on the match.com site.

It’s called PROFILE SPOTLIGHT. It does not mean a thing. You can apply for it on match when you are editing your profile. It’s so more people notice your profile. See, it worked!
